Hey, I'm Solange, the Founder and Principal Consultant of In-Translation.
In 2016, In-Translation was born from my desire to translate language — in particular English and Spanish.
But after working across a range of industries and with a diverse range of people from around the world, I realised language wasn't the only barrier. Often, I witnessed delays, challenges and frustrations caused by what got lost 'in translation'.
It wasn't just language that needed translation — but ways of working, industry standards and learning styles.
With that, I uncovered my superpower. I could contribute to purpose-driven businesses by highlighting what often gets lost.
Today, I help government, not-for-profits and businesses connect, collaborate and grow. I do this by seeing the bigger picture, taking a neutral approach to problems and mapping a path toward progress.

My passion for the humanities and understanding of how people and societies form and function, merged with business give me the tools to identify gaps, risks and opportunities when business, not-for-profits and government unite.
